Hi, I’m Alex! My career has been a blend of business, science, and communication, each piece adding to my expertise in the sustainability field. I began at USC, where I earned my business degree with an emphasis on entrepreneurship—laying the groundwork for innovative thinking and problem-solving. I went on to work for a fashion start up in SF and a sustainability focused real estate company.

Driven to tackle climate challenges head-on, I left California to pursue a master’s in Climate Science at Columbia Climate School. During graduate school, I also excelled in a Climate Change Law course at Columbia’s Law School, finishing in the top percentage of the class. Beyond science, I’m equally passionate about effective communication and writing. At Columbia, I took courses on climate publications and story structure, which helped me refine my communication skills.

After completing my graduate studies, I was selected as a global graduate by Copenhagen Offshore Partners. As an analyst, I’m contributing to the advancement of offshore wind projects worldwide, combining my background in business, science, and communication to drive the renewable energy transition forward.

My diverse skillset in business, science, and writing is my super power when translating complex climate concepts into narratives that resonate with a broad audience.
